Best HISA and cash ETFs in Canada

Cash ETFs park money for a short-term yield with very little price movement. High interest savings (HISA) ETFs hold deposits at Canadian banks; T-bill ETFs hold short government bills; money market ETFs hold short-term government and corporate paper.

Their yields follow the Bank of Canada rate, so they fall when rates are cut. That says nothing about the fund, so we give these funds no Income Durability Score and compare them on yield and fee instead. Units of a cash ETF are not a bank deposit in your name and are not covered by CDIC insurance.

Highest current yield first. Worst drop shows how still the unit price has stayed.
